I have received various types of treatments from Bolton this week. The massages are wonderful. I believe this stems from the fact that they takes a genuine interest and concern in patients well being. I also had my first experience with the Ayurveda Treatment. Therapist has a great technique and tailors the massage to your exact needs. I thought I knew where my tension was, but she found more where I didn't realize I had it and worked it right out. Her warm and friendly manner put me at ease immediately and she explained exactly what she was going to do so I was comfortable throughout the experience. I asked for and received really deep tissue massage and was amazed at how great I felt afterwards. Neck work was the best I have experienced - total bliss!

”The experience during my Shirodhara treatment was most relaxing. The warm stream of therapeutic oil was comforting and soothing. The head massage, was over-the-top and I could have slept during the entire session. A tranquil feeling remained with me for the remainder of my evening. I slept deeply that night and felt rejuvenated and bright-eyed the next day. I would recommend this to anyone and would do it daily.

Bolton is amazing! I suffer from tendonitis on both my shoulders for over 10 years and I've never really found a place that could help relieve my pain. Going regularly to see therapist, they tailored the massages to fit my needs and even used acupuncture and cupping techniques to help. And after a few sessions I can finally say I am pain free! They are very friendly and cares about all their clients and even accommodated my working schedule to fit me in. I definitely recommend anyone that requires treatment to go see Bolton.

Amazing experience after Ayurveda treatment with Harpreet. They are Naturopathic Doctor from India. I got colon cleans with ayurvedic herbs, felt so light after. Shirodhara was another wonderful treatment for stress which I received in clinic, felt so good and energetic. Thanx Bolton.
